New Regional Office in America

MAY 2011- Triple Jump will soon open a regional office for Central America. The office will be located in Mexico City. ‘This is a major step in the development of our company and crucial for our investors and clients’, says Eelco Mol, Triple Jump’s regional manager for Latin America.

Since the opening of the office in Lima some years ago, Triple Jump has seen the number of clients in Latin America grow from 18 in 2007 to 80, currently. The number of staff has been growing accordingly and Triple Jump now has 6 investment officers in the Lima office.

‘With increasing growth in Mexico and Central America, we are now ready for the next step, which comprises the establishment of a second regional office, in Mexico’, says Mol. ´ With an office in Lima for South America and a new office in Mexico for Central America, the Caribbean and Mexico, Triple Jump will be even better prepared to service the clients accordingly and will be on top of market tendencies and opportunities in the region´, stresses the regional manager.

Mexico is one of the bigger markets for microfinance in the region. But at the same time it is a market that has yet to become fully developed. ‘It is therefore an excellent location to open a regional office.’
