The year 2009 will be remembered mostly as the second year of the world economic crisis, the year when the effects of the crisis reached many of the world’s poorest.

As the world’s poorest have been affected, so have the Micro Finance Institutions (MFIs) that cater to them, often leading to deteriorating portfolio quality and a slow-down in growth. In the face of these poor odds, the Triple Jump portfolio has proven its resilience.
