Carol has 16 years Business and IT consulting experience in US, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East in strategic planning and advising, product development, mBanking project management and MIS.  Including 10 years senior management and the last 5 years applying her knowledge to the microfinance sector. Carol has considerable experience working with MFIs and a particular interest in the use of technology by MFIs to increase operational efficiencies and facilitate access to services for end-clients.

Prior to joining Triple Jump, Carol was the senior microfinance advisor at Kiva.org and formerly the managing director of Business Consulting Services for Europe, Middle East and Africa at Broadvision. In this capacity Carol worked with Fortune 100 companies in Banking, Telco, Pharma and Auto sectors developing online and ebanking business plans and managed projects for several online, mobile banking and e-brokerage platforms.

Carol is fluent in English and French, received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics & Finance from the University of California, Santa Barbara, completed the Executive Management program at UC Berkeley and completed the Fine Art Photography Program at the San Francisco Academy of Art.
