Clemens spent five years as a management consultant with Boston Consulting Group in Berlin, a job which he left to take on the position of CFO at a microfinance bank in Mozambique. He went on to spend two years as the business manager of an international school in Leipzig before joining Triple Jump.

Clemens has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Master’s in Environmental Sciences from Bayreuth, Germany. He speaks German, English, Portuguese and French and is a German national.
