Prior to joining Triple Jump, Josefina spent six years working at the Latin America Department of Oxfam Novib, as well as the Labour Department of the Spanish Embassy in The Netherlands.

Josefina has a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish Linguistics from the Utrecht HBO and speaks English, Dutch, Spanish and Portuguese. She is a Spanish national.
