Prior to launching Triple Jump, Mark spent 8 years as head of the Financial Services Unit of Oxfam Novib, responsible for managing the development of both the Oxfam Novib and ASN-Novib funds. Previously, Mark spent seven years working in corporate banking at the KBC bank, including 2 years as branch manager of their Amsterdam branch.

Mark has a Masters in Law from the University of Leiden. He is a Dutch national and speaks Dutch, English and German.
