Michael joined Triple Jump in 2010 to focus on the group’s investments in Asia.  Previously, he was with IFC, the private sector arm of the World Bank, where he spent four years working on investments in the extractive industries in Africa & Asia.  Before this, Michael worked three years in the area of distressed asset investments across South Asia with the former investment bank Lehman Brothers; and one year in advocacy work with the Policy Center of the Asian Institute of Management in Manila.  A Filipino national, Michael grew up in Singapore & Thailand and attended De La Salle University, graduating with a degree in business & economics in 1999.
