Prior to joining Triple Jump, Raushana worked for an NGO which provides educational and entrepreneurship support to youth in post-conflict societies.

She has a Bachelor’s in International Relations from the Kazakhstan Institute of Management Economics and Strategic Research (KIMEP) and a Master’s degree in Finance and Management from the University of St Andrews. Raushana speaks Russian, English and Spanish and is a Kazakh national.
