Prior to joining TJAS, Tiphaine was the Communications/Policy Officer at CAPAF (the francophone Africa capacity building program in Senegal) for two years and worked for nine years at CGAP in Washington, D.C. as a Microfinance Analyst and in other positions  with regional emphasis on Africa and Middle East/North Africa. Key areas of work included policy frameworks, capacity-building, investment monitoring and project management. She was most recently a microfinance consultant for Triple Jump Advisory Services for Malian Product Development Project.
