Todd previously worked with Wells Fargo Bank in the USA before spending one year in Bolivia working in the area of SME consulting and finance for sustainable energy. Todd joined Oxfam Novib in 2006 as Investment Officer in Microfinance and transferred to Triple Jump in 2007. He relocated to the Lima office when it opened in 2008.

Todd holds a MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, a Master in European Business and Business Law from Lund University, Sweden, and a BA in Business Administration from George Fox University, USA. He is an American national and speaks English and Spanish.
