Before joining Triple Jump, Ulco worked as a (fund) controller with a number of companies, including Achmea, SVB, and Interpolis. He also worked as Pension Administrator at Achmea, Head of Administration at Haarsma, and Financial Manager at Linpac Plastics.

Ulco has a Master’s Degree in Economics from Groningen University in the Netherlands, and speaks English, Dutch and German. He is a Dutch national.
